What we look for
We hire on character first, experience second. Lifting can be taught. Caring about other people's stuff cannot.

Heads up
Every hire goes through a background check. Operations roles also need a clean driving record. We're in customers' homes and behind the wheel of their stuff, so this part isn't negotiable.

Ranges below are base compensation for each role on the team. Roles marked Now hiring are open today. For the rest, we still review CVs so we can move fast when we do open a seat. Actual offer depends on experience and the interview; benefits and paid time off discussed at the offer stage.
