We start with what you need. Unloading only, or also unpacking, junk disposal, or help rearranging once items are inside?
Place
Then we learn about the property. House or apartment, number of bedrooms, how many stories, finished basement, garage, attic.
Access
Next we cover the logistics. What's the distance from the truck, POD, or storage unit to your door? Elevator or stairs? What's the terrain along the way?
Inventory
Finally we walk through what's being unloaded. Every major item so we know what goes where.
You get a detailed estimate
Once we have the full picture, we put together a clear, itemized estimate. You can be confident we've covered everything, because we asked about everything.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.
Same seasonal pricing rules apply. Higher end during summer, end-of-month (the 24th through the 3rd), Fridays, Saturdays, and when premium services are involved. Avoid holidays if possible since they're our most expensive days.
Typical price ranges:
- Small jobs (less than a full apartment, single room, etc.): $300 to $500
- One-bedroom apartments: $500 to $800
- Two-bedroom homes: $800 to $1,200
- Three-bedroom homes and larger: $1,200 to $2,400
Definitely. POD, portable storage unit, rental truck, you name it, we're coming.
Upstairs, downstairs, and back upstairs again. We'll keep carrying until you're happy with where everything sits.
Our favorite approach: grab a chair, sit by the entrance, and direct us like a conductor. Point to each item and tell us where it goes. Upstairs, downstairs, master bedroom, living room, kitchen. We'll place it exactly where you want it.
Same guidelines as our moving service:
- Standard weekday, off-season: 7 days' notice is fine
- Friday or Saturday (off-season): at least 20 days
- Summer weekday: at least 30 days
- Summer Friday or Saturday: 45 days in advance
